The V-8000 is compatible with compute nodes that use AMD or Intel 32-bit or 64-bit X86 based processors with a dual-ported Infiniband 4x HCA.

Compute Node Software:

V-8000 software compatibility includes compute nodes running ESX 3.5, RHEL 4, updates 2, 3, and 4, RHEL 5, and SLES 9,10. The V-8000 is compatible with Windows Server 2003 Enterprise, Web, and DataCenter editions. All of the above are supported for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
