Bob Quinn
Founder, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer
Bob Quinn has more than 20 years of high-tech industry experience. Before 3Leaf, he was founder and CEO of Network Virtual Systems (NVS), which developed scalable architectures and chips for x86 and Itanium SMP servers. Prior to NVS, he was founder and chairman of iMODL, an Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software company. He has served as chairman of TransEDA, an EDA software company traded on the London Exchange; and has held senior management positions at Unisys, Trilogy, Arix and Exxon. Mr. Quinn received an honors BSEE degree from University College, Cork, Ireland.

B.V. Jagadeesh
Chief Executive Officer and President
B.V. Jagadeesh is a highly regarded business executive with a proven track record of managing and building market leaders. Before joining 3Leaf Systems, Mr. Jagadeesh served as Group Vice President and General Manager of Citrix Systems' Application Networking Group. Prior to the acquisition of NetScaler by Citrix Systems, Mr. Jagadeesh served as President and CEO of NetScaler. During his tenure, Mr. Jagadeesh grew NetScaler to become the market leader in Application Delivery Systems until its acquisition by Citrix for $325M in 2005. Prior to NetScaler, Mr. Jagadeesh co-founded Exodus Communications. During his tenure at Exodus, he successfully helped the company grow from start-up to a leader in the Web co-location market and was instrumental in leading its highly successful initial public offering (IPO). Jagadeesh has also held various management and engineering positions at Novell and 3Com.

Mr. Jagadeesh holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Bangalore University and a master's degree in electrical engineering from University of Bombay, India.

Alex Mendez
Storm Ventures, General Partner

Prior to founding Storm Ventures in October 2000, Alex spent twenty-five years in high tech at ROLM, IBM, Stratacom, and Cisco, where he held several executive positions. Most recently, Mendez operated as an SVP/GM at Cisco. He was part of the founding team of Stratacom, which Cisco acquired in 1996. He was also CEO and Chairman of Sanera Systems, which McData acquired in 2003. Alex was elected to the McData Board of Directors in December 2003. Alex holds a B.S.E.E. from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. He likes to ski, travel, golf, and speaks both Spanish and German fluently.

Ammar H. Hanafi
Alloy Ventures, Partner

Ammar H. Hanafi joined the Alloy Ventures as a General Partner in 2005 from Cisco Systems, Inc. Ammar received a B.S. in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University (1988) and an MBA from Stanford University (1995). His last role at Cisco was Vice President of New Business Ventures where he led new product efforts in the enterprise data center market. From 2000 to 2002, he was Vice President of Corporate Business Development and in that capacity, he was responsible for Cisco’s acquisitions, acquisition integration, investment, and joint venture activity on a global basis. He joined Cisco in 1997 as a member of the Corporate Business Development Group. During Ammar’s tenure, Cisco’s Business Development Group completed over 50 acquisitions, leading Cisco into a number of major new businesses, including optical networking and integrated voice and data infrastructure and applications. In addition, the Business Development Group made over $750 million in venture capital investments during the same timeframe. Prior to Cisco, Ammar held positions at PanAmSat Corporation, a global satellite services provider, and the investment banking firms of Morgan Stanley and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Ammar is a director of 3Leaf Systems, Mavenir Systems, San Jose Education Foundation, Retrevo, and YouSENDit.

John Kelley
Mr. Kelley became a member of the 3Leaf board of directors in March 2007. Mr. Kelly has served on the board of directors of Polycom, Inc., a provider of voice, video and wireless technologies, since 2000. Mr. Kelley joined McDATA Corporation in August 2001 as President and Chief Operating Officer and was named President and Chief Executive Officer in August 2002, and became Chairperson in 2004. McData was purchased by Brocade Communications in an acquisition which finalized in early 2007.

Prior to joining McDATA, Mr. Kelley served as Executive Vice President of Networks at Qwest Communications from August 2000 to December 2000. He served as President of Wholesale Markets for US West from May 1998 to July 2000. From 1995 to April 1998, Mr. Kelley served as Vice President and General Manager of Large Business and Government Accounts and President of Federal Services for US West. Prior to joining US West, Mr. Kelley was the Area President for Mead Corporation's Zellerbach Southwest Business Unit and Vice President and General Manager for Zellerbach Industrial Business Unit during 1991 to 1995. Mr. Kelley is also a director of Colorado Women's Vision Foundation and InRoads of Colorado. Mr. Kelley holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Missouri.
